Manufacturing process / Bamboo Center Group is a company which manufacturing house materials by using Bamboo powder with Polyethylene in Thailand. Then we export around the world.
☆Manufacturing process☆
When the bamboo grows to about 3m, it is felled. After felling, it is pulverized into a
powder by a crusher. Also, since bamboo contains moisture, it is dried in the sun. After
it dries, put it in a small bag. We sort raw materials for export and those for processing.
In Japan, most of the bamboo is mo-sou bamboo, and the inside of the meat part is hollow.
In Thailand, we have improved the bamboo breed and devised so that we can get as
much meat as possible.
